I'm officially halfway through drafting book 2 in the Promised to the Pyre series and WOW, what a ride it’s been.

I'm nowhere close to done, but I feel like this one is an intense rollercoaster and I'm already trying to figure out how to fit everything I want to into this book with the pages I've got left ✨😍

😄 Looking ahead at 2026 😄
This is absolutely terrifying to say out loud, but I'm going to do it anyway. One of my big writing goals for 2026 is to publish book 2.

Writing and editing Promised to the Pyre took me 5 years and 3 months, but during that time I also learned a lot. I started on book 2 in December of 2025.

Am I sure finishing and publishing it in 2026 is realistic? Nope. Will I try anyway? Abso-freaking-lutely 😄
